1. Our Declaration
1.1. When you place an order on our website and on our ordering app you accept the offer of Toko Sarin, which delivers your food to your zip code area that you enter into during your order process on our website/app. We will deliver your order to you. Any questions and / or comments should be submitted via our client review form or contact form. The contact details of our restaurant can be found in the confirmation email that you will receive immediately after your order. Payments made via the website are made to Multisafepay BV, which in turn will ensure that the payment is deposited into the account of our restaurant. Your order cannot be revoked.
1.3 We will never transfer your personal data to third parties without your permission.
2.1 For delivery of an order, delivery costs apply that are indicated during the order. The prices stated on the website and app for food items do not include the costs for delivery.
2.2 Orders can be placed via the internet up to 15 minutes before closing time. The opening hours are stated on our website and app.
2.3 Although the aim is to deliver your order to the address of your choice within 45 minutes, there are always circumstances, such as weather and traffic, that contribute to the fact that this indication cannot be met.
2.4 If the order is not satisfactory (for example because the food is spoiled, or the order does not match what you had ordered) you will receive a compensation (in consultation with our restaurant). To do so, please contact us by telephone.
2.5 Our restaurant is entitled to refuse and cancel an order within a reasonable period of time, without having to state the reason. The amount already paid will then be refunded to your account.
3. Promotional Campaigns/Offers
3.1 Any promotional actions must be communicated during the ordering process. If this is not the case, we cannot be obliged to deliver in accordance with these promotional campaigns afterwards.
3.2 Our restaurant is at all times entitled to refuse and withdraw promotional campaigns.
Advance payment is possible in the manner as offered on our app and website. If the online payment method is not available or you prefer to pay for your order upon delivery, you can of course also pay to the delivery person.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights with regard to the website, the app and the products of our restaurant, including packaging and advertising material, rest exclusively with us and its suppliers. Intellectual property rights include all patent rights, trademark rights, trade name rights, database rights, design rights, domain names and other intellectual property rights (including know-how and trade secrets) in the Netherlands or elsewhere that are related to the (content of the) order, app and website and / or the delivered products, including packaging / advertising material, in general. No one is allowed to perform any hindrances to our the website and / or products, including packaging and advertising material, brand or identification marks etc.
6.1 The total liability of our restaurant due to an attributable shortcoming in the fulfillment of an agreement or for any other reason, is limited to compensation for direct damage up to a maximum of the amount of the price stipulated for that agreement.
6.2 The liability of our restaurant for indirect damage, consequential damage, loss of profit, missed savings and compensation is excluded.
7. Complaints Procedure
7.1 Any complaints about an order or its delivery must be submitted directly via our review form, contact form or via the email address indicated on our website. We will process the complaint and contact you and strive to deal with the complaint received as soon as possible and to provide feedback on the findings.
8. Governing Law
8.1. By visiting our website or app you automatically accept these conditions. They also continue to apply to any subsequent visits, unless the conditions have been changed.
8.2. We can change the general terms and conditions at any time; it is therefore advisable to consult the conditions again on a subsequent visit or order.
8.3. The agreements between Toko Sarin and you are governed by Dutch law.
